On supported phones and tablets, browsers can receive orientation and motion events from the operating system. Tilting or rotating the device should change the displayed values, which helps confirm that the web sensor path is active.

For a more reliable result

On iPhone and iPad, motion/orientation permission may need to be requested from a button press before data appears.
Rotate the device slowly around each axis and watch for smooth changes rather than expecting exact zero values.
Test in portrait and landscape to understand how orientation changes the coordinate system.
If values remain frozen, check browser support, system permissions and whether the current device actually contains the relevant sensor.
